Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Ducast Factory LLC, a leading manufacturer of manhole covers and engineering casting products. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience within the manhole covers and engineering castings industry, specifically in Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar. This role requires a motivated professional capable of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and target new customers to expand market share in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manhole covers, engineering castings, and related products. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups and contract finalizations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in Dubai & Abu Dhabi within the manhole covers and engineering casting products industry.
- Strong network and established relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Valid Oman Driving License.
- Sales experience in the construction market of Oman.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Bahrain and Qatar.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in preparing professional reports and business presentations.
- Knowledge of Manhole Cover sales in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
