Job description

The Luxury Car Rental Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through direct customer engagement, delivering an exceptional level of service to clients seeking premium and exotic car rental experiences. This role combines high-end sales expertise, deep product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to meet individual client needs while achieving company sales targets.

o Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporate accounts, and tourism partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.

o Sales Conversion:
Actively engage walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

o Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Recommend upgrades and additional services (chauffeur, insurance, etc.) to maximize revenue per transaction.

o Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of all luxury vehicle brands and models in the fleet (e.g., Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).

o Contract Handling:
Ensure proper documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

o After-Sales Support:
Follow up with clients post-rental to gather feedback, manage complaints (if any), and build loyalty.

o Fleet Coordination:
Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability, cleanliness, and timely delivery to clients.

o Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

o Proven experience in luxury sales, car rentals.

o Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic or other languages is a plus)

o Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

o Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented

o Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
