Bayut & dubizzle is recruiting a Sales Executive - Inside Sales in Dubai. The role focuses on telephonic sales with occasional field visits, building large portfolios and consistently over-achieving sales targets.

You will prospect via multiple sources, qualify leads, and present tailored proposals while maintaining CRM records and delivering accurate forecasts. Join a fast-paced, brand-focused environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• High school/Secondary school completed.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with Zendesk and CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Excellent objection handling and negotiation abilities.
• Maintain a high daily call and closure rate.
• Aggressive follow-up to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Competitive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product, service, and company requirements.
• Consult with prospects about business challenges and suitable packages.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email with proper business etiquette.
• Keep detailed notes on prospects in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Provide forecasts on sales revenues weekly and monthly.
• Offer feedback to management to improve sales cycle and branding.
• Be a positive representative of the company and brand.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all activities.

As a Sales Executive - Inside Sales, you will be a driven sales professional who excels in telephonic sales and is consistently able to close deals vs occasional field visits. You will be responsible to build and maintain large portfolios for many organisations while over-achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
• Prospect customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads
• Qualify prospects against product, service, and company requirements
• Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs
• Draft and deliver proposals via email while maintaining proper business etiquette
• Keep detailed notes on prospects on our CRM (Salesforce)
• Provide forecasts on most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basis
• Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
• Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• High school/ Secondary school
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiar with Zendesk, CRMs (Salesforce a plus)
• Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
• Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle clients' objections in any way
• Maintain a high number of daily calls and daily closures
• Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions
• Bilingual is a plus
• Competitive attitude with a hunger to always be on top
• Results-oriented with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the company's overall targets
