Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business development & lead generation for AMC & retrofit solutions
2. Build relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors
3. Conduct site assessments & propose customized HVAC solutions
4. Negotiate deals & finalize contracts
5. Stay updated on industry trends and market analysis

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Business
2. 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, AMC, or retrofit solutions
3. Strong technical knowledge in cooling systems & energy efficiency
4. Proven sales skills & ability to close deals
5. Knowledge of UAE market and regulations
6. Valid UAE driving license preferred
