Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in field sales and B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC or Air Conditioning industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B business leads within the HVAC/Air Conditioning sector
  • Conduct field visits to clients and prospects for product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and procurement teams
  • Promote the company’s products and services to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales
  • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with the technical and after-sales teams for project execution and customer support
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to increase market presence
