Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join their expanding property sales team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants and property owners.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitors and pricing.
- Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
