Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join their expanding property sales team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants and property owners.
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, competitors and pricing.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
  • UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
