Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the housekeeping and maintenance services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the housekeeping and maintenance industry in the UAE.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping services, cleaning, maintenance, and facility management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
