Job Responsibilities
- Build customer confidence between warehouse and sales support.
- Monitor sales promotions, marketing, and social media activities on ecommerce platforms.
- Execute data-driven activities.
- Identify strategic partnerships and customer loyalty programs.
- Maintain business partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure website functionality.
- Report on business outcomes based on data insights.
- Develop positive relationships with stores and retailers.
- Prepare annual contracts with customers.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with warehouse as per the commercial team.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and sales teams to resolve issues.
- Work with sales reps to ensure order accuracy and justified costs.
- Upsell and suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items.
- Supervise order processing from placement to delivery.
- Manage ownership of LPOs from order to delivery.
- Monitor and control shelf life expiry dates.
- Handle cash invoices professionally, with proof of invoice sent through accounts.
- Manage credit control for all accounts.
- Coordinate daily order fulfillment with warehouse via email and phone.
- Utilize AI apps and ChatGPT support.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors via calls and emails.
- Ensure invoicing processes, including sales order entry and shipping, are followed and timely.
- Control damages and excess returns with managerial approval.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Perform clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Maintain company profile in hard copy and electronic filing systems.
Requirements
- Excellent product knowledge.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory, preferably with own car.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in management, administration, bookkeeping, material management, supply chain, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Excellent administration skills and advanced MS Office and ERP knowledge (expert in Excel).
- Strong motivational and team-building skills.
- Effective time management, crisis resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety and legal documentation for warehousing activities.
Benefits
