We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with an ECommerce/HORECA background (FMCG). Responsible for the maintenance of day-to-day administrative work, aligning with external market trends impacting business decisions, and maintaining the salesforce to ensure sales effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Build customer confidence between warehouse and sales support.
- Manage all third-party online vendors like Amazon, Mumzworld, etc.
- Observe sales promotions, marketing, and social media activities over e-commerce platforms.
- Execute activities driven by data analytics.
- Identify strategic business partnerships and customer loyalty programs.
- Maintain business partnerships.
- Coordinate with other teams on brand marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor website functionality.
- Track and report business outcomes from data-driven insights.
- Develop positive relationships with stores and retailers of our products and services.
- Prepare annual contracts with customers.
- Ensure accurate inbound split in partnership with warehouse, as set by the commercial team.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and sales team to resolve problematic situations.
- Work with sales representatives to ensure orders are raised and justified for delivery.
- Upsell and suggest alternatives to out-of-stock items.
- Supervise order processing from placement to delivery.
- Take ownership of LPOs from order to delivery.
- Monitor and control Shelf Life Expiry Dates.
- Handle cash invoices professionally, with proof sent through accounts.
- Manage credit control for all accounts.
- Coordinate with Warehouse via email and phone for order fulfillment.
- Utilize AI apps/ChatGPT Support effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors via calls and emails.
- Ensure invoicing processes are followed, including sales order entry, shipping, and timely closure of LTOs.
- Control damages and excess returns, subject to managerial approval.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Maintain both hard copy and electronic company profiles and filing systems.
Requirements
- Excellent product knowledge.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory, preferably with own car.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in management, administration, bookkeeping, material management, supply chain, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Excellent administration skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP (expert in Microsoft Excel).
- Strong motivational and team-building skills.
- Effective time management, crisis resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate internally and externally within the company.
- Knowledge of safety and legal documentation for warehousing activities.
Benefits
Salary ranges from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
