What you will be doing:
- Proactively solicit and manage group business across MICE Corporate Leisure Groups and Tour Series segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research sales calls and networking.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall departmental revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client visits entertainment and site inspections to strengthen partnerships.
- Act as the primary contact for group business ensuring prompt responses and high levels of service.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts prospects and activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Events Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for the Director of Sales.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities market trends and business opportunities in the group segment.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Director of Sales for strategic decision-making
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or equivalent preferably in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of group business dynamics (MICE Corporate Leisure Tour Series).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel sales systems/CRMs.
- A proactive results-driven and customer-focused attitude.
