Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, and closing sales deals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
1. Identify and research potential leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals).
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business opportunities.

Inbound & Outbound Calls
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on services and products.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and pitch company offerings.

Sales Process Management
1. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
2. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
1. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure all client information and communications are recorded.
2. Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis
1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
2. Provide feedback to the marketing team for strategic planning.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1 - 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in rent a car industry.
