Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG Distribution (HORECA Segment)

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your designated area, under the guidance of the Sales Manager for Food & Beverage. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to make sales.
  2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via in-person visits, telephone calls, and emails.
  3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
  4. Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries.
  5. Acting as the point of contact between the company and its current and potential customers.
  6. Negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.
  7. Gathering market and customer information for input into the company system.
  8. Recording sales and order data, and sharing information with the sales manager.
  9. Reviewing personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  10. Understanding customers’ businesses and requirements.
  11. Providing accurate and rapid cost calculations and quotations.
  12. Participating in team meetings and sharing best practices.
  13. Performing other duties as assigned by the group sales manager or company management.
Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license and/or own vehicle.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the UAE market, specifically in the Food & Beverages (Hotels, Restaurants - HORECA) sectors.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to join as soon as possible.
  • Result-oriented mindset and adaptability to any working environment.
