Job description

Sales Executive – Fabrication Industry

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in the UAE fabrication market.
  2. Generate inquiries and convert leads into orders.
  3. Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
  4. Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate to secure orders.
  5. Visit project sites, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements.
  6. Maintain client database and prepare sales reports.
  7. Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the fabrication or metal industry in the UAE market.
  3. Good knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and technical drawings.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Existing client base or market contacts in the UAE construction and industrial sector.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
