The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results. This role involves identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Drive sales ofcorporate gifts, promotional products, marketing collaterals, exhibition setups, and other event-related services.
Identify new business opportunities throughcold calling, lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
Collaborate with thesocial media teamto align digital presence with sales efforts.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate within-house design and production teamsto ensure timely delivery of products and services as per client specifications.
Maintain and present accurateweekly and monthly sales reportsto management.
Consistently meet or exceed assignedmonthly sales targets.

Fluency inEnglishis required;Arabicis an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
UAE Driving Licenseis highly preferred.
Familiarity withCRM toolsand basicsales reportingsystems is a plus.
Monthly Salary:AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
Benefits:Basic health insurance coverage
Commission Structure:
5% commissionon revenue exceeding the monthly sales target
Example:If the target is AED 80,000 and actual sales are AED 100,000, commission = 5% of AED 20,000 =AED 1,000
Commission is calculated onpre-VAT revenue
