Sales Executive/Engineer for Dewatering Pumps and Diesel Generators

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive sales of our Dewatering Pumps and Diesel Generators. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of dewatering pumps and diesel generators, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of sales success. Experience in the construction, mining, or related industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for various types of dewatering pumps, including submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, and related equipment.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales initiatives.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Prepare sales quotations and negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
  • Close sales and manage the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Diesel Generators, including generators for various applications, such as construction, industrial, and emergency power.
  • Promote generator sales, considering the features and benefits for diverse applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, engineers, and end-users.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with customers to identify future sales opportunities and support their ongoing needs.
  • Coordinate with service department to arrange equipment inspections and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales of relevant industries such as pumps, diesel generators, construction equipment, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of dewatering pumps and diesel generators, including their applications, specifications, and technical aspects.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
