We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English & Arabic) Sales Executive with a proven track record in technology sales. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful onboarding, and nurturing key accounts within the vibrant SMB market across the UAE and GCC. Your focus will be on sectors including Real Estate, Automobile Sales & Rental Companies, Healthcare (Clinics), Beauty & Wellness (Salons), and related service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
oProactively identify, qualify, and generate leads within target SMB sectors (Real Estate, Auto, Healthcare Clinics, Beauty Salons, etc.).
oConduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and specific client challenges.
oBuild a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:
oOwn the entire sales process: initial contact, needs analysis, solution presentation & proposal, negotiation, closing, and seamless handover to onboarding/project teams.
oConduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to SMB needs and specific sector requirements.
Account Management & Growth:
oDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients post-sale.
oIdentify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., adding SMM to a website client, proposing software solutions).
oEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
Solution Selling Expertise:
oDeeply understand our portfolio (Website Design/Dev, Social Media Marketing, Enterprise Software) and effectively articulate their value proposition to diverse SMB clients.
oDevelop tailored solutions addressing specific client pain points and business objectives within their industry context.
Target Achievement:
oConsistently meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, profitability, pipeline growth).
oAccurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.
oProvide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to Sales Management and Marketing.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., leads, opportunities, activities, forecasts).
Work closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Hunter Mentality:Strong prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills.
Exceptional Communicator:Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skills in both English & Arabic. Ability to build rapport quickly.
Consultative Seller:Ability to deeply understand client business challenges and position solutions effectively.
Results-Driven:Highly motivated by achieving targets and driven by success.
Relationship Builder:Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
Organizational Skills:Strong time management, prioritization, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Problem Solver:Ability to think strategically and find creative solutions for clients.
Tech Savvy:Comfortable with technology and able to learn new products/services quickly. Basic understanding of digital marketing and web technologies is advantageous.
Resilience:Ability to handle rejection and persist in a competitive environment.
Driving License:Valid UAE Driving License is ESSENTIALfor client meetings across the territory.
Regional Knowledge:Understanding of the business culture and dynamics within the UAE and broader GCC region.
