Sales Executive - Design and Hospitality

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Sales Executive in Design and Hospitality to drive business growth across the UAE. The role involves building relationships with clients in the design, architecture, and hospitality sectors, promoting premium products and services tailored to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, procurement managers, and developers.
  • Present and promote design solutions, furnishings, materials, and décor products to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines with clients.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in design, furniture, fit-out, or hospitality supply industries.
  • Existing network of industry contacts in the UAE or wider GCC region is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, FF&E products, and hospitality requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
