Job Description
• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct tours and present the business center's facilities and services to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored workspace solutions
• Negotiate lease terms and close sales deals to meet monthly targets
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and ensure high client satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial real estate, coworking spaces, or serviced offices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
