Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, a Sales Executive is responsible for:
Selling credit cards to potential customers
Helping clients to register and apply for credit cards
Working on existing leads and generating new leads in order to increase sales
Willing to do tele sales and field sales
Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products (Credit Cards)
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred to have a Bachelor's degree or HSC (12th minimum)
Minimum 6 months of full-time banking sales experience (Home country or UAE)
Excellent communication with fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
Understanding of financial products and services
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
Highly motivated to overachieve sales targets
Fixed monthly salary + incentives based on experience.
