Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the polymer/chemical/plastic sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Indian Male/Female, currently based in the UAE
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in UAE (experience in polymers/chemicals/plastics is highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE B2B market dynamics
