Job Description

We welcome dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive B2B to join our team.

As Sales Executive in BEAUTY, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities (Salons, Spas, Clinics, Barbershops), building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for Hair & Skin Care sales, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market

Experience:

1. Proven experience with Salons, Spas Clinics & Aesthetics for beauty cosmetics wholesales
2. Strong knowledge of Sales systems
3. Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales targets
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
6. Experience in outside wholesales is preferred
