Job description

A multinational artisanal chocolate company is looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative. The successful candidate should achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.

Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Demonstrate products to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess 1 to 3 years' experience in outdoor sales
  • Having vast experience in corporate business within supplying and other chocolate catering.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Holds a valid UAE driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products.
  • Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
