Activities
New Customer Development
- Identify new B2B customers in the assigned area, including major projects; target at least 100T of new business with a UGM > 3,000 AED/T.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to submit comprehensive offers with Value Added Services.
- Make joint calls with the Sales Manager to secure business.
- Maintain a database of upcoming projects in the area.
- Build and maintain a healthy prospects pipeline.
Manage Current Portfolio
- Handle existing and new B2B customers.
- Ensure seamless operations from needs identification to delivery.
- Build relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Facilitate technical training at customer sites.
- Manage approximately 400T business volume, depending on experience.
- Implement SALSA and Elub systems.
- Focus on selling Premium Products, product upgrades via TCO approach, and generating additional revenue through Value Added Services.
- Control payments and collect outstanding balances as per terms.
Market Information
- Regularly update on competitor activities.
- Participate in team meetings; suggest strategies to increase market share.
- Report on new projects and developments, including competitor pricing and market dynamics.
Accountabilities

- Manage current customer portfolio effectively.
- Enhance product mix for profitability.
- Increase TotalEnergies presence in NEM to become a dominant UAE player.

- Comply with Group QHSE policies and local regulations.
- Participate in QHSE training and promote safety culture.
- Report incidents and hazards promptly.
- Participate in incident investigations.
- Follow vehicle and safety policies, including the use of LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35.
- Stop operations if safety is at risk.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including sanctions and export controls.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge
- Understanding of commercial transport, construction, and equipment rental segments; experience in lubricants or similar products preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience
- 2-3 years in B2B Sales, preferably in lubricants industry.
Education
- Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
