A leading company in wildlife experiences seeks a B2B Sales Specialist for their zoo and resort in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing sales strategies targeting corporate clients, managing bulk sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Under thegeneral guidance and supervision of the Line Manager, in coordination withinthe limits of established Emirates Park Zoo & Resort policies’ procedures,oversees and implements all Sales activities in his/her specific area ofresponsibility. Build business by identifying and selling prospects,maintaining relationships with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities: |
·Developand implement targeted B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for thezoo and resort.
·Identifyand pursue new business opportunities in corporate sectors, travel agencies,event planners, and other relevant channels to promote bulk ticket sales androom packages.
·Manageand drive the sales of bulk tickets for zoo entry and bulk room bookings at theresort, ensuring attractive deals for corporate clients and large groups.
·Buildand maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including corporatepartners, event organizers, and tour operators, ensuring high levels ofsatisfaction and repeat business.
·Conductmarket research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offeringsto effectively position the zoo and resort's bulk sales packages.
·Prepareand deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needsof corporate clients and large groups.
·Leadnegotiations with B2B clients, finalize contracts, and close deals to achievesales targets, with a focus on bulk sales.
·Workclosely with marketing, operations, and guest services teams to ensure seamlessexecution of sales strategies and exceptional guest experiences.
·Provideregular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress againsttargets, particularly in the B2B and bulk sales segments.
Qualifications:
·Experience:Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality,tourism, or outdoor activities industry, with a focus on bulk sales.
·Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or arelated field.
·Drivinglicence required
·Bilinguallanguage will be an added advantage
Skills:
·StrongB2B sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets, particularly in bulk ticket and room sales.
·Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
·Abilityto build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
·Knowledgeof the tourism and hospitality industry, particularly in outdoor and wildlifeexperiences.
·Self-motivated,proactive, and able to work independently.
·Strongorganizational skills with attention to detail.
·Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experienceworking in a zoo, resort, or similar environment.
·Knowledgeof sustainable tourism and conservation practices.
·Familiaritywith the local market and key players in the B2B and tourism industry.
