We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client, a leading importer of premium luxury cars, based in their showroom in Abu Dhabi.

Salary: AED 6000 + Company Car + Incentives + Medical & Annual Tickets

Job Purpose:

To contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Sales Department and company, expanding the customer network by achieving sales and distribution targets through consistent consultative selling.

Job Description:

  1. Make all vehicle deliveries a special occasion, demonstrating and explaining all features and benefits in detail.
  2. Liaise with banks and insurance companies to obtain favorable deals for customers and the company.
  3. Ensure proper and accurate processing of paperwork and documentation.
  4. Utilize the company’s database for prospecting, repeat sales, and referrals.
  5. Adhere to the prevailing pricing structure at all times.
  6. Meet and exceed fleet sales and profitability targets.
  7. Implement and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  8. Continuously improve efficiency, quality, and adherence to the Quality Management System.
  9. Present and demonstrate the product range to meet each customer’s corporate requirements, following the sales certification program and sales process modules.
  10. Communicate with customers regularly to promote the Brand and its products.
  11. Develop and maintain customer relations to ensure business growth.

Candidate Specifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.
