The ideal candidate will have2 to 5 years of sales experiencein the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa and other overseas markets. The candidate must possess a proven track record in tire sales, a good client network and solid knowledge of the tire market in these regions. This is a UAE-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive tire sales in theUAE,MENA,Iraq,Africaand other overseas markets, leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, present products and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to secure new business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment collection and manage client invoicing issues.
  • Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential areas of growth to senior management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and networking events to generate leads and promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:2 to 5 years of sales experiencein thetire industrywithin the UAE, MENA, Iraq, Africa, and other overseas markets.
  • Client Network: Strong client list and database within the tire industry, with a solid understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
