A leading resort in Dubai is seeking an Executive in Aquaventure World Sales who will drive group sales and maintain key partnerships. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. As an Executive in Aquaventure World Sales, you will be responsible for converting group leads to support the Groups segment in achieving or exceeding its revenue and attendance targets. This customer-facing role, based in Dubai, includes on-site engagement within the resort, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships through regular visits to key business partners, including corporates, schools, and DMCs. A valid driver’s license and own transportation are required.
You will also effectively position Atlantis Dubai as the leading destination, showcasing its unique features, monitoring competitor offerings and pricing, managing assigned accounts, and identifying opportunities to secure bookings.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage. A solid command of Microsoft Office is required. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and possess strong administrative skills. Comfort in managing multiple tasks, using initiative, and handling sensitive or complex situations professionally is important. A self-motivated, career-driven mindset is key. The role may require flexibility to work outside standard business hours and involves regular meetings.
