Overview of the role:
  • The primary focus of the role will be to achieve sales targets on units (new & CPOV) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on NPS (Net Promoter Score) throughout the customer journey.
What you will do:
  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured “one offer” journey.
  • Meet trade-in targets.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
  • Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second-facing for enhancement.
  • Capture customer data in DMS (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc.).
  • Complete 100% of mandatory training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities to effectively counter customer objections.

About the Team:
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, working closely with the Sales team and internal/external stakeholders.
