Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Air Freight to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless air freight solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide tailored air freight solutions to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and service excellence.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of air shipments.
• Stay updated with market trends, airline rates, and regulations affecting air freight logistics.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, issue resolutions, and post-sales support.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales within the air freight or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing structures, and customs regulations.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
