Job summary

A leading waste management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth and develop strategic plans. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Abu Dhabi region, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A valid UAE driving license is required. This is a full-time role focusing on the environmental services sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within Abu Dhabi is essential.
  • UAE valid driving license with own car.
  • Knowledge of Waste Management industry.

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within Abu Dhabi is essential.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA (advantageous)
  • Qualifications & Knowledge

  • UAE valid driving license with own car
  • Knowledge of Waste Management industry and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Well-versed with the locations in the Abu Dhabi region.
