Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi seeks a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our products and services to potential customers. You will develop client relationships, identify leads, and close sales within targets. Visa sponsorship is available for Abu Dhabi residents; strong English communication is required.

The role is full-time, 9:00–18:00, Sunday to Thursday, with competitive salary and commission incentives. We welcome applications from women and offer equal opportunity employment.

Sales Executive - Abu Dhabi

We are a reputable company in Abu Dhabi, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Negotiate agreements and close sales deals within the given timeframe
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees or Nepali preferred)
• Must have a valid visa for Abu Dhabi with sponsorship available
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with attractive commission incentives. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from women.
