Job Description
- Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them, advising, selling, and even setting up their new products if need be.
- You will engage our customers by showcasing our products and helping them discover how they can use our products and transform their living spaces.
- You effectively use CRMs to build and maintain accurate customer account information, manage relationships, opportunities, and tasks, and develop customer insights based on best practices.
- You act as a subject matter expert among peers on customer needs and solutions.
- You seek, analyze, interpret, and share feedback from customers to continually improve the customer experience, including working closely with the Quality team for any product complaints and ensuring their closure.
- You’re quick on your feet and able to influence the right people both inside and outside of the company to seamlessly ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Always stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality service, products, cash handling, and store safety and security. You maintain mastery of all existing processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Propose product models according to customer requirements and also promote upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor product inventory and ensure the product is placed on the selling floor.
- You perform other roles within the store too, whether it’s maintaining visual merchandising or assisting team members.
- Flexibility with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.

- Ability to work effectively with people across all levels of a big organization
- Excellent organizational and process management skills, the ability to set priorities and responsiveness to customer requests
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
- Exceptional communication skills including active listening
