Job Description

SV Companies is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The role reports to the Sales Manager in Dubai and focuses on growing SVG sales within your assigned customer pool, maintaining high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  2. Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager regarding sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  3. Build and sustain strong customer relationships, understanding and addressing their needs.
  4. Make autonomous decisions within company guidelines on sales strategies, pricing, and negotiations.
  5. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to formulate effective sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with sales team and cross-functional departments, sharing insights and best practices.
  7. Pursue continuous personal and professional development through training and industry updates.
  8. Achieve and surpass sales targets through prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Additional Notes: Knowledge of aquatics is a plus. A valid UAE driving license is required, and familiarity with UAE routes is preferred.
