The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client base, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the glass and construction industry.
  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and coordinate with the production team to meet customer expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the glass industry (mandatory).
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE market, especially in construction and interiors.
