This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales team, gaining hands-on experience in direct client interactions through various channels such as chat, calls, and meetings.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role located in Ajman. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of experience in result oriented Sales position preferably in the Signage industry or any related service-based company
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possession of a driving license is advantageous but not obligatory.
Responsibilities
  • Engage and maintain communication with potential clients.
  • Generate and dispatch proposals promptly.
  • Offer post-sale assistance and support to customers.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to schedule site visits and installations.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate internally with designers to develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Communicate with production internally to ensure timely production and delivery according to agreed-upon timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers' accounts receivables within the company's systems.
  • Prepare and follow up on invoices for outstanding payments.
  • Record and process customer invoices and receipts on a daily basis.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to discuss offers and address project specifications.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and Sales/Production CRM management.
  • Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as needed.
