Job Description


Experience: Minimum 3 years in trading Natural Stones (Marble & Granites)

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for natural stone products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of various natural stone products, including marble and granite.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.

Sales Operations:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Report regularly to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the natural stone industry, specifically marble and granite, within the UAE market.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
