Your Mission

As a Business Development Executive (Sea & Air), you'll be instrumental in expanding our freight forwarding division by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with shippers, forwarders, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

Dual-Mode Business Development:

- Drive sales for both air cargo (general, perishable, pharma, DG) and sea freight (FCL, LCL, project cargo)

- Promote our competitive advantages: airline partnerships, charter options, and sea freight consolidations

Client Acquisition & Retention:

- Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, traders, manufacturers, and e-commerce businesses

- Develop tailored logistics solutions for key verticals (retail, automotive, oil & gas)

Market Strategy:

- Analyze GCC and global trade lanes to identify growth opportunities

- Monitor competitor pricing and service offerings

Performance Metrics:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly tonnage and revenue targets

- Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM

Ideal Candidate Profile

2-5 years in freight forwarding sales (air AND sea experience required)

Existing network of UAE/GCC-based shippers and forwarders

Technical knowledge:

Air: IATA regulations, airline contracts, perishable handling

Sea: Incoterms, container types, port operations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Languages: English (required), Arabic/Hindi/Urdu (advantage)
