Designation - Sales Executive

Industry - Plastic Packaging Manufacturing

Salary - Not a barrier for a relevant candidate

Experience - 2-5 years

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing and sales. The ideal candidate should have experience selling a wide range of packaging products, from heavy-duty to light-duty, used in industries such as petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  2. Present and promote company products to potential customers.
  3. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  4. Assist with sales order processing, including receiving and reviewing customer transactions and service inquiries received by phone and email.
  5. Maintain and update the existing database, develop new business and clients, and manage relationships.
  6. Assist with client inquiries to facilitate face-to-face selling time for the sales team.
  7. Serve as a point of contact between the company and its clients.
  8. Establish direct contact with customers to sell products and maintain good relationships.
  9. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets, handling complaints or objections as needed.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and updates.
  11. Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share insights with relevant teams.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to achieve better results.
  13. Ensure product stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  14. Coordinate with other departments for timely deliveries.
