We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the plastic or petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of plastic resins, polymers, or petrochemical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the plastic/petrochemical sector.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Coordinate with the supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the plastics, polymer, or petrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of plastic resins, polymers, or chemical raw materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
