About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s expansion by identifying and nurturing client relationships across the automotive and lifestyle sectors. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to pitch creative solutions, drive revenue, and contribute to the company’s growth in the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new leads in the automotive sector.
  • Support the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and help build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Management

  • Manage follow-ups and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities via CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Contribute market insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to tailor client pitches and proposals.
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within automotive, design, or technology sectors.
  • Exposure to high-end/luxury brands or clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
