Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the IT sector, focusing on clients.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions and articulate their value to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while addressing their unique business requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to effectively inform clients and position the organization as a thought leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technology concepts.
- Minimum of 0-1 year of sales experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information simply and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and a desire to help clients solve their business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of mutual success.
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
