Job Description

JD: At Netmate, we are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive with expertise in selling Security & Networking Products, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, Servers, and CCTV Systems. As an integral part of our sales team, you will drive sales growth and become a trusted advisor in providing tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. You will help businesses stay secure and connected while promoting high-quality IT products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the IT sector, focusing on clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions and articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while addressing their unique business requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to effectively inform clients and position the organization as a thought leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technology concepts.
  • Minimum of 0-1 year of sales experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information simply and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and a desire to help clients solve their business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of mutual success.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
