Sales Executive

Our client, a premier luxury concierge service based in Dubai, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their elite team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with affluent clients, offering bespoke services, and closing high-value deals with sophistication and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present luxury services and tailor offerings based on individual client needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a premium client experience
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Collaborate with the concierge and client relations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent the brand at events and networking functions
• Stay informed on market trends, luxury lifestyle offerings, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong understanding of high-net-worth individuals and their expectations
• Target-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
