Job Title: Frontline Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Frontline Sales Executive to join our team at Jamea Al Anwar, a leading provider of innovative power transmission solutions, including couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality products to a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell our range of power transmission products, including couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers as required.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and product specifications.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure product specifications and requirements are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the power transmission or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical understanding of power transmission products (couplings, pulleys, belts, gearboxes).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales and building relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
