Job description

Looking for a dynamic and results-driven DSA to promote and sell a range of banking products.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, persuasive, and possess strong interpersonal skills to
effectively engage with potential customers and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote Banking products.
  2. Explain the features, benefits, and terms of the Banking Products to customers and address
    their queries.
  3. Conduct sales activities in designated areas, including malls, offices, and other high-traffic
    locations.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
    repeat business.
  5. Achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.
  6. Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications to the processing
    team.
  7. Stay updated on product features, terms, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant
    information to customers.
  8. Maintain a database of potential leads and ensure follow-ups to convert leads into
    successful sales.
