Job description

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling MapleJet industrial printers across the UAE. This role demands strong sales capabilities, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and a drive to ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Product Promotion:

Promote and demonstrate MapleJet industrial printers to prospective clients.

Deliver technical presentations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

Client Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support.

Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to close deals.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Work closely with the Sales Manager, Technical and service teams to ensure successful product installations and after-sales support.

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and logistics.

Territory Coverage:

Travel within the UAE to visit customers, attend trade shows, and explore new sales avenues.

Required Experience:

1 to 2 years of proven experience in the Coding & Marking, Packaging Machinery, or a related industrial sector.

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable advantage.

A valid UAE driving license is added advantage.
