We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a prestigious Government entity based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales and event management to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Industry: Government / Events & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
• Identify new markets and potential client segments

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service and tailored client solutions

Lead Generation & Market Research

• Identify and convert leads into business opportunities
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Track KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Lead client meetings and product demos
• Drive deal negotiations and present proposals

Team Collaboration

• Support marketing and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior team members as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in event planning and management
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• CRM system proficiency
• Certified Sales Professional is a plus
• Knowledge of the local market and industry network is an advantage
