Une entreprise spécialisée dans l'imperméabilisation recherche un responsable des ventes B2C pour développer des opportunités dans l'industrie de la construction. Vous aurez pour mission de construire des relations solides avec des décideurs de projets, de gérer un pipeline de ventes dynamique, et de conduire la croissance des revenus dans les territoires assignés. Une expérience pertinente et des compétences interpersonnelles solides sont essentielles.
* Identify, develop and close B2Csales opportunities in the waterproofing and construction industry. * Establish strong-trust based relationship with project decision-makers. * Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline through CRM and performance dashboards. * Drive revenue growth across assigned territories through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling. * Conduct regular site visit, technical presentation and follow-ups to maintain momentum and close deals.
* Minimum 2-4 years of B2C sales experience ,Preferably in construction, waterproofing or building solutions. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. * Self- motivated, proactive and result oriented. * Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions. * Fluent in English, Hindi is a plus.
