We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving our growth across the UAE, with a special focus on epoxy flooring solutions for the Project channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies in line with Caparol’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Consultants, Developers, and Civil Contractors.
  • Promote and sell paint, coating, and epoxy flooring solutions to clients in the Dubai market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding, timely deliveries, and effective credit management.
  • Monitor client orders, follow up on invoices, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management, including recommendations for product enhancements and new product development.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen Caparol’s market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in paints, coatings, flooring solutions, or related building materials in the UAE.
  • Strong market knowledge with an established network among target customers in the construction and flooring sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, hardworking, and result-oriented, with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other local languages is an advantage.
