Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire new clients for facility and maintenance services.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Leverage existing contacts with developers and firms to generate business.
4. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
5. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in facility management or maintenance services in the UAE.
2. Strong knowledge of MEP, cleaning, HVAC, and general maintenance services.
3. Must have an established client network with developers and other firms.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. UAE driving license with own vehicle is preferred.
