Overview
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in plastic manufacturing and sales, particularly in flexible packaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling a wide range of heavy-duty to light-duty packaging products used across industries including petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate business opportunities.
- Promote and present company products to prospective clients.
- Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Support sales order processing, including handling customer transactions and service inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain and update client database, develop new business, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure effective follow-up.
- Act as a key point of contact between the company and its existing / potential clients.
- Establish direct contact with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle client complaints or objections professionally.
- Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.
- Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adequate stock availability for demonstrations and timely delivery coordination.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
- Excellent sales planning and client relationship management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
